About me
Anthony’s career is defined by a passion for storytelling and a wide-ranging set of experiences combining creativity, business, and community. He’s traveled to 47 states and over 25 countries, gathering stories that shape his perspective and fuel his work. A summer spent living in an RV as a writer on a national tour of the US Deaf Community allowed him to capture the everyday moments that connect us all—an approach he carries into every project. His work has taken him to the tech world’s main stage at CES in Las Vegas, where he’s exhibited twice and won a "Best of Show" award. He’s founded multiple ventures, entered a business incubator for space exploration startups, and has a knack for uncovering compelling narratives that drive connection and innovation. Anthony’s work has been featured in People Magazine, NBC News, The Washington Post, the cover of Fortune Small Business, as well as a winning pitch at the International Drone Expo. As a consultant for the largest single-site golf course community in the world, he gained insight into how communities function, grow, and connect—a perspective that he applies to understanding professional storytelling. At Gallaudet University, Anthony’s leadership as Editor-in-Chief of the student newspaper sparked a commitment to advocacy and elevating underrepresented perspectives. Anthony’s curiosity has led him to sit down with notable figures like the late Roberto Wirth, owner of Rome’s Hassler hotel; I. King Jordan, the first Deaf president of Gallaudet University; and then-CEO Thorsten Heins of BlackBerry. Each interview and experience builds on his belief that storytelling is a powerful tool for bridging ideas, people, and industries. Growing up in a 5-generation Deaf family, Anthony’s understanding of identity and resilience runs deep. His father and uncle made history as the first and only Deaf brothers to serve simultaneously as superintendents of deaf schools in North Carolina and Rochester. With his first feature film, Deaf Santa Claus, premiering as an official selection at the Austin Film Festival, Anthony continues to craft stories that reflect the richness of human experience, focusing on themes of identity, family, and resilience.
