About me
These things are always weird right? It’s hard talking about myself. Let’s see… I’m Kamodjia! The most approachable, but non approachable person. I may not be smiling right away, but if you walk up to me… I will definitely smile on sight haha.
I try to be unique as possible in a world of replicas, due to the name. Having my name, you must have a unique personality to concur or it’s pointless. Another thing is… I love writing or else I wouldn’t be excited for this. I’ve been writing since I was six. Since I was a child, I’ve prioritized using my roots, life experiences, and worldly observations to create and develop relatable (or exaggerated entertaining) stories.
My intent has always been that after every page of a script or minute of my film, there will be someone who can familiarize themselves and connect to the story whether through emotion, representation, laughter, and authenticity.
I take pride in learning how to grow as a writer, amplify myability to face challenges head-on, and embrace his aspirations to expand my role as a creative artist and like the working class person: continually afford to add cheese to his McChickens.
This is my first festival so I look forward to all the knowledge I’ll gain and the friends I pray to meet! Let’s have fun!!
