About me
Director, cinematographer, and photographer working across branded, music video, documentary, and narrative projects. Influenced by my experience as a Venezuelan immigrant who came of age in the suburbs of the American Midwest, my work hones sensorial and symbolic imagery to highlight individuals navigating cultural borderlands and addressing questions of memory and belonging. My branded projects include collaborations with Coca-Cola, Elektra Entertainment, Columbia Records, Yahoo! In The Know, and PBS, among others. My narrative and documentary films have been recognized by the likes of The Student Academy Awards, The Upper-Midwest Emmys, the Austin Film Festival, the New York Latino Film Festival, and the Urbanworld Film Festival. My photography has been published by HYPEBEAST, Essence, and Lomography Magazine. I’m a graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts.
