About me
Anna is a writer and director who has spent her career working in politics, first as a campaign staffer and now as a strategist for a national anti-corruption nonprofit. Anna’s screenplays have twice placed at the Austin Film Festival. She is inspired by stories about power, social justice and survival under capitalism as well as personal redemption, coming of age and comeback stories. She is also the proud survivor of substance abuse addiction and is an advocate for mental health. Anna is based in LA via DC and a dozen other places, and is mom to a very cute cat named Soda Pop.
