About me
Melissa Kaspers is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Adim. Adim is a tech platform Co-Founded by Kaspers, alongside Rob McElhenney (Always Sunny in Philadelphia), with the mission to reshape the future of entertainment by giving creators the tools to secure, manage, and monetize their IP through participatory fandom. As CEO, Kaspers leads a team of Hollywood visionaries, technologists & innovators collaborating on the new frontier technologies and Cryptoeconomic Design.
Prior to Adim, Kaspers spent nearly 20 years building her expertise in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors, holding executive roles in strategy and product development at companies like Whip Media, Demand Media, and Yahoo!. Now, her focus is on Web3, where her contributions are focused on the powerful opportunity to disrupt traditional structures and redistribute value to creators, builders, and storytellers.
Kaspers holds an M.A. in Global Media from The London School of Economics, an M.Sc in Global Media & Communication from the University of Southern California, and a B.A in Chinese from Georgetown University. She is based in Los Angeles and is a mother of two.
